Hotel Mentana, By R Collection Hotels - Milan

Spacious rooms with good breakfast and nice service. Plenty of facilities like: a storage, a minibar, and a kettle. Great dishes, very central location near the center;))

Beds were very firm.

The staff provided perfect service and helped us with any request. We took a deluxe queen room with a sofa, toiletries, for example

Some people working there were dishonest.

Compact rooms with breakfast included, gentle staff. Air conditioner and a kettle were nice.

It offers perfect service. The building is really good, the room is lovely modern. This hotel has a really helpful team, they helped us with any request.

Closeness to city centre

Inability to provide us with information on transport or a map that showed the actual hotel positioning (in a confusing back street area). A bar advertised as a facility was never open.

The location is very good - the hotel is really close to Duomo but not really in the middle of the tourist crowds, also there are some nice really italian restaurants nearby.

Rooms not really what you will expect from the 4 star hotel, but ok.

Its was my first stay in the hotel. I was not satisfied, infact I left the hotel on the second day to transfer to another hotel.

The description of the hotel in your website says, it has airconditioning and CNN. When I arrived I felt the room to be so hot, I called the reception air and ask how to go about turning on the aircon thinking it was just off. Apparently they told me that the airconditioning unit is under repair where there was no announcement neither do they have a portable one to service the needs of the client. Then when I turned on the tv set to find an english channel particularly the news channel, cant find one. I called the reception again to ask help, was told again that the tv set is under repair. These should be indicated in the website upon booking or an annoucement to notify the clients and apologize for the inconvenience.

It was very good located, close to the shopping area and close to many cultural activities. Both the room & bathroom were very clean & cosy.

Lift was a little bit scary.

Location is excellent, close to all majot sites in the city, and still in the quite "hidden" street.

Definitely not 4 stars hotel, starting from the elevator, room comfort, condition of the equipment and furniture, ending with breakfast and facilities like TV, internet, etc.

The location was quite good, very close to the city centre and to a couple of the commercial areas. The room was quite sunny and clean. The stuff was not specially friendly but they...  

We visited QC Termemilano for some relaxation and hit up Acquatica Park for fun. The staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for exploring. Just keep in mind that breakfast can get a bit...  

7 min from Duomo, 11 euro by taxi from Milano Cental,nice hotel, decent breakfast, calm atmosphere.Not 4 stars but in general everything was o key.

The location is perfect - close to a center and at the same time without any traffic, noise from the clubs etc.

The bathroom was definitelly not matching the 4 star status. While it was clean, it smelled a little

Perfect for a group getaway

Breakfast lady was polite and the first day's breakfast was perfect, fresh berries, good coffee, amazing bakery. The reception area was clean and the staff.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

I stayed in Milan for 1 night to catch up flight in the morning, so didn't expect too much of the hotel, just a place that is accesible to the public transportation with a comparatively fair rate. Mentana met these expectations....
